This is probably the 4th incarnation of this website since I started it in 2007, since then I has evolved from being a personal blog to an informative one, targeting my content to be helpful and informative.
I have a number of projects on the go at any time, often too many in my head to devote any amount of time to. Most recently I've produced a BBC iPlayer availability notifer at http://iplayernotifier.appspot.com, but in the past have taken on many other projects, including:
- An extensible IRC bot in Java
- C# implementation of the CSP concurrency libraries
- A client/server multiplayer Poker game in C# .NET
- IPv6 support in DD-WRT (the main content in this blog)
I also founded the University of Kent NetGames Society, a society for gamers to organise competitions, which is now entering it's 4th year; and I am the co-founder of Canterbury Hackspace, a group of hackers, tinkers and makers with a common goal of making things.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, play games, and I take on the odd freelance job on the odd occasion they come up.
